Snowy Owl (Bubo Scandiacus).
The adult male is virtually pure white, but females and young birds have some dark scalloping, the young are heavily barred.
Same Owl as WTF and Rebel Yell .
I thought he looked like he was saying "Arr Har" Pirate Owl, did ask him "where are your Buccaneers" he replied "under my Buccan-hat".
